Donovan and Watkins is seeking an immediate direct hire Account Executive for our Southeast Houston consultative production design client!
Industry experience – architecture/signage – is an absolute MUST!
- New business development
- Work with team to develop and implement sales and marketing programs designed to expand client base
- Research and evaluate new opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights
- Develop and implement marketing strategy and execution of plans for existing products
- Work with management team to implement new product marketing paths and campaigns
- Analyze effectiveness of all selling and marketing efforts and take actions to continually improve results
- 3+ years signage industry sales - multifamily and/or corporate sign packages
- Bachelor’ s degree strongly preferred - preferably business/marketing/communications
- Results oriented individual with proven sales success
- Emphasis in new business development - proven track record of success with cold calling, networking, and relationship development
- Experience developing targeted solicitation plans to secure key accounts
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing short- and long-term vision and strategy to achieve targeted sales objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills
- Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and oral and written communication skills
- Minimal travel required – up to 20%
- Must have a valid driver’ s license
