Contracts Coordinator/Paralegal     For a private investment and management company located in the Galleria Area and paying up to $95k
 

Legal/Investment/Real Estate/Construction Group
 

Reports to: Senior Vice President
 

Education:
Bachelor’ s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
Minimum four (4) years of relevant work experience required.
Corporate, real estate, or construction paralegal experience preferred.
Prior experience in investing, real estate, or construction preferred.
 

Skills Required for the Contracts Coordinator/Paralegal:    

Manage and support all aspects of investment, real estate, and construction projects.

Review, organize, draft, and complete corporate, investment, real estate, and construction documents.
Organize and manage various aspects of corporate, investment, real estate, and construction projects.
Manage legal documents and transactions.
Assist investment, real estate, and construction staff as requested.
Work with other personnel as well as other business partners to meet project timelines and goals.
Represent various corporate, real estate, and construction settings.
Maintain electronic and hard copy files of corporate, investment, construction, and real estate projects.
Perform various other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by Legal/Investment/Real Estate/Construction staff members.
Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
Ability to consistently produce accurate work product and maintain attention to detail.
Proactive and take-charge mentality in performing duties.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, family office setting.
Effective verbal and written communications skills.
Professional demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information
Ability to create, manage and organize legal and other documents.
