Our downtown oil and gas client is seeking a contract to hire Receptionist! 

Key Responsibilities     

·          Create a friendly and welcoming environment at corporate headquarters

·          Greet and accommodate guests prior to meetings

·          Maintain office cleanliness and appearance

·          Manage all calendar scheduling for the 31st floor

·          Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the receptionist desk

·          Perform admin duties such as filing, copying, faxing upon request, scheduling, and assisting with shipping when requested 


3 years or more of receptionist experience strongly preferred


·          Bachelor’ s Degree

·          Expert skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

·          Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and responsiveness

·          Ability to stay calm under pressure and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills with strong decision making capability

·          Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

·          Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

·          Expert level written and verbal communication skills

·          Minimal accounting experience (but not required)

·          Team player, with strong incentive skills

·          Punctual
