We are partnering with a premier client in Seattle, WA, (98118) in search of a Regional Recruiter. The role will require someone with the ability to recruit and source key operational leadership roles (20%) and a strong influencing style to work with multiple divisions and develop/implement recruitment strategies. (80%)


Job Responsibilities:
  • Train, coach and lead staff of temporary recruiting resources and recruiting coordinators
  • Lead recruitment of management roles through the operation team across designated region, provide feedback and guide hiring process
  • Drive ongoing recruitment activities and maintain acceptable staffing levels
  • Partner with divisional leadership for all talent planning and strategies
  • Support, review and provide feedback to the division regarding day-to-day recruiting activities, recruiting processes of the recruitment cycle for divisional management
  • Source and develop a pipeline of qualified applicants using traditional and non-traditional methods.


  • 5+ years of sourcing, recruiting and interviewing in a high-volume environment experience
  • Experience creating recruitment strategies, reviewing employment data, a successfully executing strategies within tight deadlines
  • Must have experience in a fast paced, multi-location and hourly workforce environment
  • Experience with salary and non-salary position. Union experience preferred
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Must be able to perform 60% travel
